Effect of BITC on EMT markers expression in an orthotopic model of ATC (A) The blots revealed a significant modulation of EMT markers expression following BITC treatment. (B–D) BITC at the doses of 5 mg/kg, 10 mg/kg and 30 mg/kg was able to significantly reduce the expression of N-cadherin (B) and <t>S100</t> (D) # p < 0.05, ## p < 0.01 vs. ATC; at the same time 10 mg/kg and 30 mg/kg BITC treatment significantly increased the expression of E-cadherin (C) compared to ATC group; # p < 0.05 vs. ATC; ## p < 0.01 vs. ATC.
